 | | | | Migrating email and files to ONID
The College of Business has stopped providing students and alumni with email or file storage service as of the start of summer 2008. This change is part of a long-term strategy to simplify the computing experience for students and eliminate duplicate accounts that require multiple log-on identities. Instead of using College of Business accounts, students will use university-provided ONID (OSU Network ID) email and file storage systems. This page explains the changes and gives instructions for migrating your existing email messages and files to your ONID account.
All services formerly provided by the College of Business are also now provided by the ONID accounts. Every student already has an ONID account with email, file storage and basic web hosting. For more information about your ONID account go to http://onid.oregonstate.edu.
If you need access to email in your COB mailbox or files on the College of Business file server, please contact the College of Business Helpdesk through email at helpdesk@bus.oregonstate.edu or by phone at 541-737-0947.
