Deadlines

Fall Term Participation - April 1 of the same year  (i.e. for Fall Term 2009, apps are due April 1, 2009)

Winter Term Participation - July 1 of the previous year  (i.e. for Winter Term 2019, apps are due September 1, 2009)

Spring Term Participation - January 1 of the same year  (i.e. for Spring Term 2010, apps are due January 1, 2010)

Applications can be accepted after these times; however, since the application process for exchange students involves three separate campus offices: College of Business Advising, OSU Admissions and the OSU Office of International Education, it can take a great deal of time. Six months allows a student plenty of time to be both admitted and to apply to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for a visa.

Please send completed applications for all students coming to OSU from your program together at one time. This greatly helps us in processing these applications. Incomplete or missing applications from your group cause great delays in admissions processing.

Materials and Forms to Download
Completed exchange applications should be mailed directly to the College of Business, Oregon State University, 214 Bexell Hall, Corvallis Oregon 97333, U.S.A.                   Attention:  Carol Leder
Do NOT send them to the Admissions Office.  This will cause a processing delay.
NOTE:  College of Business cannot send any applications to the Admissions Office until ALL of your student applications are received.
